    I most of the time just do 12-20 reps on each set on my calves. I havnt been working out my calves seriously for so long, (did it very rarely before, didnt feel the need to) but i reckon they are pretty fun to excercise…. the only annoying thing with it, as with legs, is that you need to put on so much weight, and then take all of those plates off again, haha.

    well how much weight do you squat
    because i would recommend not doing a ton of reps for just 1 set
    do a warm up of 10 reps, a heavy 10 reps, add more weight and do 2 sets of 6-8 and then put even more weight and do 2-4 reps
    trust me, that the best way to build strength and it definately aint easy even if its less reps. its all about intensity

    but how much do you workout with and whats your 1 rep max?

    I lift weight with my feet but now I’m starting more upper body, I do squats untill I just can’t anymore, I dont count because it just goes on but I’m very serious about my leg muscles… a little abnormal but I play on a U-18 Toronto FC team at my young age, it helps.

    well make sure that you lift weights and getting a ibgger upper body will actually help your lower body get even stronger

    but do you lift weights? because i am curious, how much can you squat?

    Lol I work out with my feet and do alot of crunches, but I recently had swine flu and lost 20 pouns, I’m getting them back to get to 130 again so also considering my hight, its not that bad.

    yeah, I did, but with the ruler, I just mesured the half, not like you would wrap it or mesure the whole circumferance… but then when I knew what you meant, I wrapped it around.

    did you wrap the tape measure around your calf just like you would do for yor waist?

    but that sounds better. honestly, when i was 13, i wasnt very strong. i am pretty samll as i am 5″7′ now, i was like 5″4′ back then. i was only like 110 pounds or so. im now 156lbs

    i am 17 though and am a sprinter that lifts weights alot
    but still, i think 8 inches doesnt sound right
