I think using olympic weightlifting and power lifting methods is a million times better than this for mma with a few plyometrics thrown in as an accessory cuz plyos are just additional exercises not fundamental exercises like weights.</description>

I&#039;m going to assume the ratio of that empty bar to your max squat is MUCH higher than the number of pullups you did in the vid (9), compared to your max pullups.

Curious how that all works out, since the feet-elevated rows are also a fairly challenging pulling movement, and back to back (literally lol)

And FWIW, I can hear the sound.  Cool tee shirt, too :)</description>
